At this point in our 25 year history, our team was already experienced with the needs of these state-of-the-art facilities. Steel Services
The construction of an automotive plant is a massive project involving hundreds of teams doing many different jobs. Our steel erection is comprehensive and exceeds industry standards. Our work is checked and rechecked to ensure construction quality and adherence to the design specifications. We have the tools to do on-site steel fabrication as well as several large facilities across the Southeast to do prefabrication work.
As the facility takes shape and machines are installed we can add machine guarding to protect your team and the machines they operate.
Press Services
Our press services include repairing, installing, decommission, moving, and upgrading. These machines are the heartbeat of the facilities they serve, completing repetitive and highly accurate movements, often 24 hours per day. Our preventative maintenance service for presses is the most important step a plant can take in keeping these machines running smoothly. Regular preventative maintenance will also ensure a long and productive lifespan of this expensive machinery.
Machine Moving
Automotive plants must retool every so often to accommodate changes in car design. When this happens, it’s not uncommon to move machinery around within a facility or change out machinery. We have the equipment and team to safely and efficiently move your machinery wherever it needs to go. We can even store your machinery while it is not in use.
