When it comes to seafood, there are a variety of ways to prepare it. One popular way is flash-freezing, which helps to preserve the flavor and freshness of the seafood. Here’s a look at how it’s done:

The seafood is first cleaned and filleted. It’s then placed in a freezing solution that quickly freezes the food. The frozen seafood is then packed in airtight containers or bags and stored in a freezer. Flash-freezing does a great job of preserving the flavor and freshness of seafood. It also makes the seafood easy to store and transport. When you’re ready to cook it, just thaw it out and enjoy!
