The machines that keep a dairy running

Dairies rely on their machinery to run smoothly and efficiently in order to produce high-quality milk products. By working with a reputable mechanical contractor, dairies can ensure that their equipment is well-maintained and operating at a high capacity. From milking cows to pasteurizing milk, there is a lot of equipment required to run a dairy. That’s where mechanical contractors come in.

Mechanical contractors are responsible for the installation and maintenance of all the machinery in a dairy. This includes everything from the milking machines to the pipes and pumps that move milk around the facility. In addition to keeping the machines running smoothly, mechanical contractors also perform regular maintenance and repairs to keep them in top condition.

Pasteurization on an industrial scale

Processing milk at scale requires a large and complex system of machines. Our team is equipped to install large tanks, steaming equipment, process piping, sanitary piping, and other conveyance machinery to meet the needs of any size dairy.

In addition to installation, we also offer disassembly and machine moving services. If you’re planning to upgrade the machinery at your current facility, we can facilitate a quick swap of machines and store your old machinery at one of our warehouses around the Southeast until you are ready to redeploy or sell machinery not being used.

Turning milk into cheese, yogurt, and other dairy products

Recognizing that most milk is converted into other products, we also specialize in cheese homogenization machinery and large tanks used to mix yogurt for packaging. With our extensive work throughout the food and beverage manufacturing industry, we can set up production and packaging lines that best utilize the footprint of your facility. Our engineers use the latest CAD software to generate an efficient layout.
