Today's industrial bakeries

This is not grandma’s kitchen where a dozen fresh-baked cookies will get the job done. We are not talking about the in-town bakery where you pick up your favorite loaf of sourdough either. The industrial bakeries we work in can produce thousands of loaves of bread in an hour! They are complicated operations and truly are a modern marvel.

Any unplanned downtime is expensive. Let Midsouth Mechanical ease any concerns of improperly installed bakery equipment or downtime from broken equipment.

Streamlined Bakery Machinery Installation with Midsouth Mechanical

What often appears to be a simple in-house installation job can quickly turn into a lengthy project with unnecessary downtime. Hire a reliable mechanical contractor with the right team and equipment to get any installation done quickly, correctly, and safely.

Our team of mechanical contractors can fabricate components on-site to ensure that no speed bump slows down the project. We handle all of the process piping that goes into a complex industrial bakery. If a machine is improperly installed, injury or death can occur. Additionally, the machine could break down or break other machines.

Trust Midsouth to correctly install large tanks, double-wall, jacketed piping systems, complex production lines, conveyance systems, boiler installation, and many other mechanical projects.

Minimize bakery machinery and equipment downtime with industrial cleaning and regular preventative maintenance.

The biggest culprit of equipment downtime is not taking care of equipment. It’s important to clean machinery between shifts when the machinery can be powered down and safely cleaned. Flour and dough will build up on the working parts of the equipment and harden. This limits the processing of the machine.

At specific intervals, bakery machinery needs in-depth, industrial cleaning to extend the machine’s life. This deep cleaning applies to industrial mixers, ovens, sheeters, and other industrial bakery equipment. This is something we manage for our bakery clients to ensure downtime at their facilities is minimized.

Finally, lack of preventive maintenance is the second leading cause to bakery machinery downtime. Our mechanical contractors maintain detailed records on our client’s machines and schedule in advance preventative maintenance which greatly extends the life of the machinery.

With more than 25 years doing mechanical contracting work, we've worked on all kinds of industrial baking machinery.

  • Commercial ovens
  • Commercial proofers
  • Dough mixers
  • Water meters & chillers
  • Cookie machines
  • Chocolate equipment
  • Boilers
  • Conveyance systems
  • And much more

Safety is paramount in everything we do.
